• We deliver our products all over Pakistan within 5-6 business days through third-party courier company.
• Delivery Charges Rs 250 for Items weighing 2 kg or above.
• We give one week replacement warranty in case of any defect or size issue.
• Customer can exchange products within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
• If customer wishes to change color after delivery, customer will have to pay for delivery charges. Only applicable within 7 business days from the purchase date.
• Returns are only valid if product is wrongly delivered. Change of mind is not applicable.
• In case of return, customer needs to send parcel back to us using Pakistan Post Service and send picture of return receipt to our Whatsapp number.
• Amount will be returned within 3-5 business days.
• Delivery charges will not be returned.
• Only product amount will be returned
